Building Process

We consider ourselves as partners to our clients on every project. We share our expertise and networks to not only deliver but to exceed expectations. A number of factors make us stand out from other building companies:

  • Our Builder and owner, Peter Richardson will discuss your project requirements with you and suggest the best way to progress forward with your upcoming build.
  • We are available to meet with our clients at our office in 8 Sedgeman Street, Moranbah or alternatively, we are happy to come to you elsewhere in the region to discuss the design and project requirements in detail.
  • Architectural designer prepares preliminary designs in accordance with preliminary feedback for approval by clients.
  • Architectural designer draws up concepts and makes amendments to the designs based on client feedback where required.
  • Builder estimates project. Initial cost estimations and project timelines are presented for discussion and consideration.
  • Pevitole owner Peter Richardson will present a Fixed Price quote and concept plans for contract.
  • Site Survey and soils tests are completed and Building Application package is drawn up for submission to Council.
  • Pevitole works with Council throughout the Building Application process.
  • Once council has approved the project, the work begins approximately within 2 weeks.
  • Job completed on time and on budget.
